Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring permanent Warehouse Operatives for a night shift at our Dartford site. You will work 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on 4 off rota, joining a fast-paced logistics team with opportunities for career progression.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to read instructions accurately. Prior warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential; fitness to handle stock and operate equipment safely is important.

Responsibilities

• Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
• Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
• Ensuring quality is of the highest standards, and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
• Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
• Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

What you will do on a typical day:

• Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
• Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
