Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative (nights) in Biggleswade to join a dedicated night team. You will prepare customer orders and ensure correct products are picked, loaded and ready for delivery the next day, across ambient, chilled and frozen environments.

The role operates on a Sun–Thurs pattern from 17:30 to 03:30, with a salary of 34,111.93 plus a night-rate, and includes full training on voice picking and warehouse equipment usage.

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative on our night shift, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders ready for delivery.

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help ensure our drivers leave on time with the right products in the right place, so our customers receive the excellent service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll stay active throughout your shift while playing a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly overnight.

What you'll be doing

• Picking customer orders accurately using voice technology headsets
• Loading vehicles ready for delivery
• Organising and storing products safely and correctly
• Using warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided
• Moving stock using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and forklifts
