Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading logistics client in Rugby (CV23). The role involves picking orders with a voice-picking system and operating PPT/LLOP equipment to move stock across a modern distribution centre.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off days pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, paying £13.83 per hour with weekly pay. Own transport is essential due to site location and there are long-term opportunities, with potential for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with PPT or LLOP equipment in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.
• Own transport is essential due to site location.
• Basic DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics client based at a modern distribution centre in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with PPT or LLOP experience seeking ongoing work within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved, picked and processed accurately to support customer orders across the UK.

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Shift Pattern & Pay - 4 on, 4 off Days
• 06:00 - 18:00
• £13.83 per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Picking orders using a voice-picking system
• Operating PPT and LLOP trucks safely and efficiently

This Warehouse Operative position would suit candidates with previous experience as an Order Picker, Voice Picker, Picker Packer, PPT Driver, LLOP Driver, Logistics Operative, Distribution Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
