People Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy site in Crick, Northamptonshire. You will work in Goods In, unload, palletise, check stock and ensure safety procedures.

The role offers stable shifts (Mon-Fri, rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00), weekly pay at £13.51 per hour, long-term opportunities and training. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Basic level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good attention to detail is required.
• Reliability and strong timekeeping are important.
• Good communication skills are needed for team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Goods In department.
• Unload containers and units.
• Carry out heavy lifting and two-person lifts when required.

• Move, store and organise stock in the warehouse.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable shifts, weekly pay and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as an Order Picker, Warehouse Associate or General Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.51 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
• 06:00am to 2:00pm
• 02:00pm to 10:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Working within the Goods In department
• Unloading containers and units
• Completing heavy lifting duties, including two-person lifts where required
• Palletising, wrapping and banding pallets
• Receiving, checking and booking in stock accurately
• Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse
• Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
