Job summary

OEG Energy Group is seeking a Stores Operative in Liverpool to support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods, while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring health and safety standards.

Key duties include goods receiving, stock verification, data entry in WMS/ERP, and coordination with logistics for timely shipments. A driving licence is required to access supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or similar environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse and stores operations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Experience handling inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Experience preparing shipping, dispatch, or transport documentation.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Goods-in and Receiving: Receive deliveries and verify quantities against delivery documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Accurately record goods received within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
• Promptly report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
