Job summary

Activate Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our warehouse team. You will pick, pack and load orders, maintain stock accuracy and support with stock takes while ensuring on-time dispatch and safe handling of items.

We value reliability and team collaboration. If you can work with IT-based systems and have a driving licence, you’ll fit well in our busy environment and have opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work within a team and follow procedures.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Full driving licence held is required; FLT licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock takes are accurate and warehouse remains tidy.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders on time and correctly.
• Assist with loading, unloading and stock checks.
• Escalate issues promptly and communicate with management.
• Liaise with third-party systems and report to management.
