GXO Screwfix in Runcorn is hiring Warehouse Operatives to support inbound, outbound and stock control activities in a fast-paced environment. You'll pick, pack and dispatch orders, with a two-week rotating shift pattern and opportunities for night shifts.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive annual salary (£26,812.50) plus benefits such as staff discounts, cycle-to-work, training, and rewards schemes. You’ll work as part of a team focused on accuracy, safety and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is advantageous but NOT essential.
• Experience working to KPI targets as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver strong customer service.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with high workload.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and stock control.
• Pick and pack products accurately for retail deliveries.
• Work efficiently to meet KPIs and contribute to a wider team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment following procedures.
