Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Grange Park operation in Northampton (NN4 5EL) to support The White Company. You will ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

The role is fixed-term until 31 January 2027 with varied shifts (4 on/4 off, 5 days out of 7). Full training is provided and you will join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Attention to safety, accuracy and detail.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to train and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control.
• Use warehouse management systems as part of daily duties.
• Follow GXO health and safety policies at all times.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL) for our customer, The White Company. The White Company sells luxury homeware, bedding, furniture, clothing, fragrances, beauty products, baby items, and gifts. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

This is a fixed-term contract(until 31st January 2027), with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:

4 on / 4 off

• 06:00 - 18:00
• 10:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 10:00
• 18:00 - 06:00

Tuesday to Saturday

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:0 6 - 06:00

Sunday to Thursday

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

Pay, benefits and more:

• A salary of£26,957.84 per annumfor employees workinga 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
• A salary of£25,116.00 per annumfor employees working any5 days out of 7
• Additional £1.25 per hour working night shift increasing to £1.50 during peak period (1st October - 31st December)
• Hourly rate -£14.38 (1st October - 31st December)
• Bonus applicable(details TBC) (1st October - 31st December)

What you need to succeed at GXO:
