GXO Logistics, Inc. in Corby – Shared User site is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team and help ensure efficient order picking and goods handling. Your work will support on-time delivery and accuracy across daily tasks, contributing to a high performing warehouse.

You will work full-time on rotating day shifts or a fixed night shift, with benefits and a company pension. We value safety, accuracy and a collaborative, one-team culture.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• Experience of driving MHE is desirable

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump truck
• Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets
• Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting accidents/incidents promptly
• Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Corby – Shared User site.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, helping deliver high-quality service by completing customer orders to the highest standard.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be workingMonday to Fridayon one of the following shifts:

• Rotating Shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
• Fixed Night Shift: 22:00-06:00

Pay, benefits & more:

• An annual s alary of £27,985.00 if working on r otating day s hifts
• An annual salary of £30,294.00 if working on n ight shift

What you’ll do on a typical day:
