Job summary

Gregory Distribution operates a warehouse at the Coalville site, seeking a Warehouse Operative. You will use WMS and scanners to accurately receive, locate, replenish and dispatch stock, while loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role includes forklift operation training if needed, and the team works Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with paid overtime and a competitive base salary. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks as required.
• Receive, locate, replenish and dispatch stock using WMS and scanners.
• Load and unload vehicles and handle stock safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse area.
• Assist with pallet breakdown and packaging as needed.
