Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd in Thame, Oxfordshire, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our busy team. You will safely operate counterbalance and other forklift types, move goods, load/unload deliveries, and support picking for production processes.

We require a valid counterbalance forklift licence and previous warehouse experience. You will work a rotation full-time schedule, with early and late shifts, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and accurate operation.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / Pivot flexi truck / pallet truck as required).
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move, stack, and store goods in designated areas.
• Pick, and prepare orders for certain production processes.
• Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Always follow health & safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Type: Full-time / Rotation Shift-based

(Mon- Fri 6am-2pm & Mon - Thurs 2pm -midnight)

About the Role

My client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift and Picker Operator to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring stock is handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / Pivot flexi truck / pallet truck as required)
