Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator for a busy Thame warehouse. The role involves safe operation of forklifts, order picking, and assisting with daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient stock handling.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid forklift licence, have warehouse experience, and demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This full-time role is site-based and rotation-shift friendly.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / pivot flexi / pallet truck as required).
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move, stack, and store goods in designated areas.
• Pick and prepare orders for certain production processes.
• Carry out daily forklift checks and report faults.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Always follow health & safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time / Rotation Shift-based

(Mon- Fri 6am-2pm & Mon - Thurs 2pm -midnight)

About the Role

My client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift and Picker Operator to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring stock is handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / Pivot flexi truck / pallet truck as required)
