Igloo Ltd in Daventry is recruiting a Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Driver for a modern, well‑established logistics site. The role combines warehouse duties with Reach Forklift operation, with around 60% warehouse tasks and 40% forklift work.

You will load/unload goods, scan stock, and move printers and equipment. A valid FLT Reach licence is required (or in‑house licence accepted); previous forklift experience is desirable; own transport is preferred due to site location.

• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Mansioni

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck to move stock safely throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
• Use handheld scanners to accurately process stock
• Unload large Ricoh printers from HGV trailers
• Move printers manually using suitable handling equipment
• Wrap printers and other equipment ready for storage
• Store products safely within the warehouse prior to refurbishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Drivers to join a modern warehouse in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation offering clean working conditions, long-term work, and a supportive team environment.

This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with FLT Reach Forklift operation. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent carrying out warehouse tasks, with the remaining 40% operating a Reach Forklift Truck.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move stock safely throughout the warehouse
• Loading, unloading, and transporting goods within the warehouse
• Using handheld scanners to accurately process stock
• Unloading large Ricoh printers from HGV trailers
• Moving printers manually using suitable handling equipment
• Wrapping printers and other equipment ready for storage
• Storing products safely within the warehouse prior to refurbishment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all warehouse health and safety procedures

The Person:

• Valid FLT Reach licence (independently accredited preferred, although in-house licences will also be considered)
• Previous experience operating a Reach Forklift Truck is desirable
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Keen to learn and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Own transport is preferred due to the location of the site
