Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is hiring a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver at our Thirsk manufacturing site in North Yorkshire. The role runs Monday to Thursday days, with a 48-hour week and a Friday shift. Salary is £13.31 per hour (£33,221 per annum).

You will receip t, store and despatch materials, support production, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a busy goods-in environment. Own transport is required due to limited public transport options to site.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
FLT / PED / PPT experience desirable.
Good literacy and numerical skills; clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain continuous output.
Locate finished goods from production to warehouse storage until despatch.
Unload incoming vehicles and stock materials; generate GRN per acceptance.
Load outgoing vehicles with finished goods as per despatch paperwork.
Work safely and follow health and safety policies; raise concerns when needed.
Ensure FLT fleet is maintained and report damage per procedures.
Assist with training of new colleagues and act as buddy when required.
