Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition in Thirsk is seeking a Logistics Operative / FLT Driver for a permanent night shift (18:00–06:00), Monday to Thursday. Role focuses on receipts, storage, and despatch in our distribution centre, with a 12-hour shift and 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities include supporting production with materials, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety standards while ensuring accurate inventory and GRN processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing.
• FLT/Counter balance or reach truck experience with certificate/license.
• Good literacy and numerical skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain a continuous production programme.
• Move finished goods into the Warehouse for storage until despatch.
• Unload incoming vehicles and rack materials; follow GRN generation.
• Pick and assemble loads for dispatch and load vehicles.
• Follow health and safety policies at all times and report concerns.
