Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition, based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, is seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver on a permanent day/night rotation, Friday to Sunday with a midweek shift. The role focuses on receipting, storage and dispatch of products, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

The package includes £15.41 per hour (including shift pay), 48 hours per week, and benefits such as pension, health cashback, and staff discounts. A Tuesday 12-hour shift is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing.
• Counter balance / reach truck license is desirable; full training provided.
• Good literacy and numerical skills in English required.

Responsibilities

• Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain a continuous production programme.
• Move finished goods into warehouse and prepare for despatch.
• Unload incoming vehicles and rack materials following GRN generation.
• Load outgoing vehicles with finished goods as per despatch paperwork.
• Work safely and follow health and safety policies at all times.
• Maintain FLT fleet by completing starter documentation and reporting damage.
