Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT Licence at West Thurrock. You will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager and play a key part in our logistics operations, with duties including palletising, stock handling, and safe loading of drays.

The role requires experience with reach trucks/FLT, a valid FLT licence, and a background in FMCG warehousing, plus a strong focus on health and safety and great customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience using reach truck & FLT, preferably FLT with Clamp attachment.
• FLT Licence.
• Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG.
• Customer Service.
• Health and Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Using a powered pallet truck, pick cases onto pallets for the dray crews, ensuring safe manual handling techniques are always used.
• Unloading inbound stock where necessary.
• Using an FLT to safely assemble and load stock onto drays.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
• Assist with stock counting where required.
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.

Job Length:Permanent

Working Hours:40 hours per week. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:
