Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse / Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative to work at our client based in Derby.

Role Overview: Working in a small, friendly warehouse environment, this temporary position offers the potential for long-term, permanent employment.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Overtime on Saturday mornings during busy periods, paid at x1.5

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (a small part of the role)
• Computer literacy skills
• Experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• A positive, 'can do' attitude
• Driving license required for operating FLT across roads

Main Duties:

• Operating a FLT Truck
• Warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and stocktaking
• Using computer-based systems
• Maintaining a tidy work area

Compensation:

£12.85 per hour, with overtime paid at x1.5 the standard rate.
