Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

Position Title: Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Location: Kirton In Lindsey (Gainsborough)

Role Type: Temporary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver to join a long-established supplier in Kirton in Lindsey. Due to organic growth, the company is looking to expand their team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Picking correct stock and quantities as per work orders.
  2. Annotating relevant details including quantities and locations.
  3. Supporting other warehouse departments as needed.
  4. Maintaining tidy shelves and aisles by replenishing or removing stock as directed.
  5. Participating in further training if required.
  6. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  7. Reporting stock discrepancies or damages to the Inventory team.
  8. Operating a counterbalance forklift.
  9. Receiving and booking transfers into correct locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, possess a valid FLT (counterbalance) license, have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills, and be confident managing multiple priorities accurately and proactively.
