Warehouse Operative MHE Counterbalance Driver

Location: Rugby

Type of Job: Temporary

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives/MHE Counterbalance Drivers with a valid Counterbalance License or relevant experience to join our team at a modern warehouse in Rugby.

The role offers shifts from 6am to 2pm (AM shift) or 2pm to 10pm (PM shift), Monday to Friday, with potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future (e.g., Tuesday to Saturday).

The pay rate is:

• AM shift: £ per hour
• PM shift: £13 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half after hours; double pay for working on Sundays.
• A £150 monthly bonus for FLT drivers after passing training.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading/unloading stock
• Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
• Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
• Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
• Assisting in all warehouse areas as needed to meet operational requirements

Our ideal worker will have good communication skills, be able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, and be willing to train on MHE.
