Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced fulfillment team at Morrisons, Swan Valley. This permanent, full-time role offers a 4-on-4-off schedule with day shifts from 06:00 to 18:00.

You will handle picking, packing and sorting orders, assist with loading and unloading, and help keep the warehouse clean and safe. Ideal candidates are flexible, well-organised and accurate, with or without prior warehouse experience as full training is provided and MHE

Qualifications

• Flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker. Training is provided!
• Happy to work rotational shifts and 4 on, 4 off.
• Happy to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Experience operating MHE is desirable.

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off (Day shift: 06:00-18:00)
