Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our night operations at Morrisons, Swan Valley. The role runs on a 4 on, 4 off schedule, from 18:00 to 06:00, with a permanent full-time contract.

You will be picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment, with manual handling, loading and unloading, and basic housekeeping. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but training is provided, and we value a flexible, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Happy to work rotational shifts and 4 days on, 4 days off.
• Willing to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) desirable.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• Generalhousekeeping of the warehouse
