Job summary

Bidfood in Bicester is seeking a Warehouse Operative (days) to join a fast-paced team. You will pick orders, load vehicles, and ensure products are stored safely across ambient, chilled and frozen sections. Full training is provided and adherence to safety is essential.

You will work a Monday to Friday pattern, contribute to on-time deliveries, and support drivers to keep schedules. A proactive, active role with a strong team mindset is expected.

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Helping ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and accurate orders.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Shift times: 06:00 to 15:30
Salary:£33207.17

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders for delivery.

Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are in the right place at the right time, so our drivers can leave on schedule and our customers receive the service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. If you like to stay busy and want to make a real difference behind the scenes, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing
