Job summary

GXO Northampton is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our new Swan Valley site, supporting a fresh business win. You will handle goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch, working on a 40-hour week across fixed AM, PM or night shifts.

You will be paid hourly (£13.20 on AM/PM; £15.30 on night) with 33 days annual leave, dental insurance, a company pension and access to GXO University and benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse or operational environments is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support goods-in, goods-out and stock control using the WMS.
• Pick and prepare stock safely and accurately.
• Work flexibly to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area following Health & Safety procedures.
