Job summary

GXO is expanding our team of Warehouse Operatives in the Northampton area. This is a permanent part-time role with fixed shift patterns, offering training and the opportunity to work across Northampton sites to support business needs.

The role pays £12.71 per hour with an additional £1.00 unsociable hours premium for 18:00–22:00; includes a company pension, Happi App discounts, and career development opportunities.

Warehouse Operative Part Time

GXO is continuing to grow, and we are excited to be expanding our team of Warehouse Operatives in the Northampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive operation where teamwork, quality, and reliability are key.

Our People Campus team supports multiple warehouse operations across Northampton, including sites in NN4 9BX, NN4 7JE, NN4 9FJ, NN4 5EZ, NN4 7BN and NN4 9EX. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join us in a permanent part-time Warehouse Operative role. This position offers a fixed working pattern, making it ideal for those looking to fit work around other commitments while benefiting from the security of a permanent role.

The available shift patterns are:

• Sunday and Monday 06:00-14:00
• Sunday and Monday 14:00-22:00

Please note that to complete your training and induction, you must be available to work full-time hours during your first week. Following successful completion of your induction, you will move onto your chosen part-time shift pattern.

You may be required to work across our Northampton sites to support business needs, so some flexibility with location is essential. Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, full training will be provided.
