Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking warehouse operatives at our Rugby site, with duties spanning unloading, receiving, storage, picking and dispatch for several Volvo brands. The role involves working with ASRS and traditional methods, ensuring accurate stock and timely dispatch.

The position requires fluency in English, a valid UK driving licence, and forklift experience is desirable. Transition to Coventry is planned, with options to commute to both sites during the move.

Qualifications

• Forklift licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck or similar) desirable.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check inbound deliveries against documentation.
• Quality-check and store products accurately.
• Manage stock moves and order releases for picking.
• Operate handling equipment safely and report hazards.
• Support multiple Volvo Group brands across departments.
