Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Operative role.
• Experience within fast-paced logistics, distribution, or warehousing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate operational teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Health andSafety requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives to meet targets.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Monitor productivity and performance KPIs throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
