Job summary

Culina invites applicants to a Warehouse Operative Recruitment Day at our Worksop site, Harworth DC2. Friday 5th and Saturday 6th November; interviews 08:30–16:00. This is a path to a permanent full-time role with 4 on 4 off shifts.

You’ll join a busy beer, wines and spirits operation, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while collaborating with a supportive team at our modern site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to meet targets and KPI standards.
• Willingness to work across different warehouse areas.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products (Beer, Wines and Spirits).
• Good verbal communication and numerical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock movement and records.
• Work across different warehouse areas to support operations.
• Assist in meeting daily KPI targets and productivity goals.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of goods, including alcohol products.
• Collaborate with team to keep processes smooth and efficient.

What We’re Recruiting For

We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives, join our busy and modern site in Worksop, supporting a fast-paced E-Fulfilment operation for a well-known international brand. Working within a Beer, Wines and Spirits environment, you will play an important role in keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team

Shift Patterns Available

• 4 on 4 off Days (06:00 - 18:00)
• 4 on 4 off Nights (18:00 - 06:00)

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a busy operation.
• Willingness to work across different warehouse areas to support operational needs.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation.
• A good standard of verbal communication and numerical reasoning.
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift Pattern either Days or Nights
