Job summary

Culina is hiring Warehouse Operatives for our Milton Keynes site. This hands-on role focuses on efficient picking and loading, while maintaining safety and stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate MHE/PPT, meet daily targets, and collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This permanent position offers a 4 On 4 Off dayshift from 06:00 to 18:00 and a £30,024.90 basic salary per annum.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Ability to meet targets and KPI expectations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure correct quantities are picked and maintain stock accuracy.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Maintain clear communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Adhere to warehouse procedures and report damages promptly.
• Operate MHE equipment safely and efficiently.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI's and delivering strong performance
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
