Culina operates a dedicated Warehouse Operative Recruitment Day at Worksop, offering permanent full-time roles with 4 on 4 off shift patterns (days or nights). Attendees will interview on the day and learn about moving stock safely in a Beer, Wines and Spirits environment.

The site in Harworth benefits from a modern operation with opportunities to join a fast-paced e-fulfilment team across multiple shifts, dedicated to delivering high service levels for leading brands.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a busy operation.
• Willingness to work across different warehouse areas to support operational needs.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation.
• Good verbal communication and numerical reasoning.
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern either Days or Nights.

What We’re Recruiting For

We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives, join our busy and modern site in Worksop, supporting a fast-paced E-Fulfilment operation for a well-known international brand. Working within a Beer, Wines and Spirits environment, you will play an important role in keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team

Shift Patterns Available

• 4 on 4 off Days (06:00 - 18:00)
• 4 on 4 off Nights (18:00 - 06:00)

Qualifications

What we're looking for:
