Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring Warehouse Operatives in Milton Keynes for a 4 On 4 Off dayshift from 06:00 to 18:00. The role involves picking stock, loading pallets using MHE/PPT, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced beverage warehouse environment. basic salary £30,024.90 per annum.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI's.
• PPT/MHE experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages.
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.
