Job summary

Culina is seeking a Warehouse Operative for the Haverhill site to support our Warehouse Pick operations in a modern, fast-paced chilled environment. This full-time role involves working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rotation from 07:00 to 19:00, including weekends, in a temperature-controlled setting.

You will join a supportive team, focusing on accuracy, safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse. The position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse.
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 to 19:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £29,511 per annum

On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What you'll be doing:

We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £29,511 per annum.
