Job summary

Culina Chilled and Fresh in Aylesford is seeking reliable warehouse staff for our chilled goods operation. You will join a team focused on accuracy, safety and timely order fulfilment in a temperature-controlled environment around 3°C.

You can progress through overtime at time and a half and a performance-based Pick Bonus with earning potential up to £1,200 per month for high performers.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
• The confidence to work towards clear targets and KPIs.
• PPT experience is desirable not essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Good numerical accuracy.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a chilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately within our chilled warehouse.
• Operating a PPT ride-on pallet truck.
• Building pallets safely and efficiently.
• Checking that every order contains the correct products and quantities.
• Moving palletised goods safely around the warehouse.
• Working towards clear productivity and performance KPIs.
• Maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
• Keeping your working area clean, organised and safe.
• Working together with your team to deliver for our customers.

07:00-19:00 | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, including weekends as the rota falls

At Culina Chilled and Fresh, we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Warehouse team at Aylesford.

You’ll receive a £30,970 annual salary (equivalent to £14.18 per hour based on 42 paid hours per week), with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime paid at time and a half and our performance-based Pick Bonus, with earning potential of up to an additional £1,200 per month for high performers.

The role is based within our chilled warehouse, operating at approximately 3°C, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Qualifications
