B&M is seeking enthusiastic colleagues to join our Speke distribution centre in the UK. This full-time permanent role includes in-house training on various mechanical handling equipment (MHE) and a shift pattern of Monday-Friday rotation (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm).

You will be picking, packing and loading/unloading stock onto vehicles, with a focus on speed, accuracy and teamwork. The role involves manual handling up to 25kg and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Formación

• Ability to lift a maximum of 25kg manually.
• Ability to meet KPI targets.
• Enthusiasm to learn a new skillset.
• A love of working in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding and appreciation for Health and Safety.

Responsabilidades

• Picking and packaging items from our warehouse, ready for distribution to our stores (full training will be provided).
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers.
• Safe usage of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) including LLOP’s and PPT’s (full training will be provided).
