Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is hiring for a full-time warehouse role in Wakefield. You will pick and prepare customer orders using voice technology and handle loading/unloading, stock rotation, and replenishment to ensure timely distribution.

We expect a reliable team player with strong communication skills. The role includes a Friday–Tuesday shift 14:00–22:30, with enhanced pay for unsociable hours, a generous holiday allowance, and life assurance.

Job description

• Pick and prepare customer orders using voice technology, ensuring products are selected accurately and ready for distribution.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles safely, rotate stock, check date codes and replenish materials when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment efficiently to achieve the required output and support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, risk assessments and safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and environmental compliance, following a clean-as-you-go approach.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments, support job-related training and complete other reasonable duties as required.
• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable, with good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently using initiative.
• A reliable team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An excellent attitude to work and ability to carry out physical duties in a chilled, fast-paced environment.
• Shift pattern: Friday to Tuesday - 14:00pm - 22:30pm - 5 on 2 off (Wednesday & Thursday rest days)
