Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is hiring a Warehouse Operative at our Leeds Depot. This permanent role involves packing milk into trolleys and moving goods safely across the chill while supporting daily delivery operations.

You’ll pick orders with voice technology, load and unload vehicles, rotate stock and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and safety. The job is full-time with a Friday to Tuesday shift (14:00–22:30) and 5 on 2 off.

• Experience in a similar role desirable.

Are you a Warehouse Operative ready to join a fast-paced distribution team? This permanent Warehouse Operative opportunity at our Leeds Depot involves packing milk into trolleys and moving them safely across the chill, while supporting the day-to-day delivery of goods.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and prepare customer orders using voice technology, ensuring products are selected accurately and ready for distribution.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles safely, rotate stock, check date codes and replenish materials when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment efficiently to achieve the required output and support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, risk assessments and safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and environmental compliance, following a clean-as-you-go approach.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments, support job-related training and complete other reasonable duties as required.

What You’ll Receive

• Pay rates are £13.17 per hour basic, £19.76 per hour for overtime, £16.46 per hour on Saturdays and £19.76 per hour on Sundays.
• 23% uplift for unsociable hours worked between 6pm and 4am: an additional £3.03 per hour.
