Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Worksop client on a permanent, full-time basis. The role covers picking with scanners, packing, stock checks, inbound/outbound deliveries, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced, supportive team.

You will report to a warehouse manager and work in a small team. Ideally you hold FLT Reach/Counterbalance licenses; a full UK driving license and computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of picking with scanners.
• FLT license for Reach & Counterbalance preferred.
• Full UK driving license.
• Computer literacy.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and workload.
• Thorough with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various warehouse tasks such as picking, with scanners, checking, packing stock for customers/clients.
• Re-labelling and re-packing stock.
• Stock counts.
• Dealing with inbound deliveries & outbound collections.
• Replenishing stock & Recycling duties.
• Manual handling.
• Housekeeping and all other general warehouse duties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a successful warehouse operative to work with our Worksop based client where the warehouse operative will be involved in the following:

• Carry out various warehouse tasks such as picking, with scanners, checking, packing stock for customers/clients.
• Re-labelling and re-packing stock
• Stock counts
• Dealing with inbound deliveries & outbound collections
• Replenishing stock & Recycling duties
• Manual handling
• Housekeeping and all other general warehouse duties

Within this role of warehouse operative, you will be working within a small team and reporting directly to the warehouse manager, this role offers variety, fast paced work and team effort.

Warehouse operative requirements:

Have experience of picking with scanners:

• Previous FLT experience Ideally with Reach & Counterbalance License
• Full UK driving license
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and workload.
• Thorough and with a good attention to detail
