Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders at a pace that prevents delays to subsequent warehouse operations.
• Kit Assembly: Collate individual items into saleable kits, balancing speed with precision to achieve KPIs.
• Inventory Counting: Perform accurate counts of booklets and other stock items, maintaining a balance between efficiency and accuracy to meet KPIs.
• Packaging & Shrink Wrapping: Shrink wrap and pack items into saleable stock, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met while achieving speed and accuracy KPIs.
• Stock Replenishment: Proactively replenish picking stocks to guarantee sufficient inventory is available for the following day's orders, preventing operational bottlenecks.
