Job summary

Hra Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation. This hands-on role involves accurate stock handling, efficient order processing, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically active role requiring manual handling.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring goods are labelled correctly.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting colleagues and supervisors with general warehouse duties as required.
