Job summary

1st Choice Staff Recruitment is seeking a warehouse picker/packer to join our client’s team in England. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shifts from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, and requires a valid Reach and/or Counterbalance FLT licence.

Key duties include picking/packing orders, checking deliveries, organising stock with forklifts, and completing paperwork. You will work in a safety-conscious environment and contribute to team targets while maintaining confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• FLT licence required (Reach and/or Counterbalance).
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good manual handling skills.
• Basic IT and communication skills.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Salary: £26,719 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Rotating shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Essential requirement: Valid FLT licence (Reach and/or Counterbalance).

Role Purpose
