Job summary

Pertemps Yusen is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our Northampton site. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment, with duties including general site tasks and supporting recycling activities.

The role requires reliability, punctuality and a practical approach. Experience with a Counterbalance Forklift Truck is desirable, and a good understanding of health and safety practices is essential for working across the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining warehouse and site cleanliness to a high standard.

• Supporting housekeeping and recycling activities.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Northampton (NN7 2FR)

Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities well maintained and enjoys a varied, hands-on position.

Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck is highly desirable, as the successful candidate will be required to move baled cardboard and support general site operations.
