Job summary

The Job People are recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth to join a well-established logistics company. You will work full-time, with 37.5 hours per week and the possibility of a permanent contract.

Previous RF scanner and paper picking experience is advantageous, and the role involves heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift. Applicants must be able to read and understand English and be able to work the listed shift pattern.

Job description

The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Lutterworth

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.

Heavy lifitng involved for Warehouse Operative role - Physical role - must be able to lift and load bulky boxed items for the full shift.

Must be able to read and understand English.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• Rotation Shifts
• Week 1 06:00 -14:00, Week 2 14:00-22:00
• Monday - Friday
• Sunday to Thursday Nights 22.00 - 06.00
• Full time work only

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £12.96 per hour
• £13.21 per hour nights
• Overtime available - Overtime enhanced pay available.
• Opportunity to get upskilled on MHE and increase take home pay.
