Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a busy Banbury facility. You will pick, pack, and dispatch goods, maintaining safety and quality standards while working as part of a team to meet customer orders.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, paying £12.71 per hour. A reliable, detail‑oriented candidate with warehouse experience and a strong health-and-safety mindset will fit well and have opportunities to progress within the growing business.

• Picking and Packing Items - Accurately select and pack products for customer orders
• Replenishment - Restock inventory in picking locations to maintain product availability and workflow efficiency.
• Returns Processing - Handle returned goods, including inspection, restocking and documentation according to company procedures.
• General Warehouse Duties - Support overall warehouse operations
