Job summary

The Recruitment Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Banbury to join a busy team. You will pick, pack and dispatch items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours are full-time, Mon–Fri, with fixed shifts, and a supportive, safe working environment. This role offers development opportunities within a growing business context.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing Items - Accurately select and pack products for customer orders
• Replenishment - Restock inventory in picking locations to maintain product availability and workflow efficiency.
• Returns Processing - Handle returned goods, including inspection, restocking and documentation according to company procedures.
• General Warehouse Duties - Support overall warehouse operations

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Our client in Banbury are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals to secure a position within a growing business.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and warehouse operations run effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
