Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our site in Bicester. You will handle order picking, packing, loading and stock movements to support timely dispatch.

The role requires accuracy, reliability and basic IT skills. Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 9am-5pm, full-time permanent contract with benefits and pension eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous picking & packing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic English and Maths skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic IT skills (Word/Excel beneficial but not essential).
• Ability to problem solve.
• Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Picking, checking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Shipping and packing large, palletised shipments.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Booking in and moving stock deliveries.
• Stock allocation and storage.
• Computerised dispatch and order processing.
• Carrying out stock takes and product screening when required.
• Working to agreed targets and deadlines.

Location: Bicester

Contract Details: Full time, permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum
