Morson Vital is hiring a Stores Operative / Warehouse Operative (FLT) to support busy logistics across two sites, Ruston and Teal Park in Lincoln. You will manage receipts, storage, and distribution of materials, using forklifts and SAP for stock movements.

The role requires forklift experience, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Day shifts with flexible start/finish times and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Forklift truck (FLT) operating experience.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work within a busy logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication across departments.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Carry out material movements using forklifts.
• Operate overhead cranes following training (where applicable).
• Receive and inspect goods deliveries.
• Book goods receipts and stock movements into SAP.
• Pick and kit materials for operational requirements.
• Store materials correctly within warehouse and high-rise racking locations.
• Conduct stock transactions and inventory control activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve material and supply-related issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across warehouse and storage areas.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality procedures.

Location: Ruston & Teal Park (Lincoln)

Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: £15.87 PAYE (£21.45 UMB Equivalent)

Hours: Day Shift, 7:30am - 4:00pm (Flexible Start/Finish Times)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative / Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics and stores team supporting operational activities across two sites, Ruston and Teal Park. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established team responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials critical to business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and forklift experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
