Job summary

Candidates should have warehouse/logistics experience, basic IT skills (Word/Excel/MRP), and an in-date FLT or Side Loader licence. A full UK driving licence is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carry out logistics and stores duties within a manufacturing environment

Are you an experienced Production or Warehouse Operative looking for a hand-on role within a busy manufacturing environment? Do you have an in-date counter balance FLT License?

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Thetford. This role will involve supporting logistics and stores operations within a fast-paced production environment, helping to ensure materials and products efficiently across site.

The role will require you to work a rotating shift between the hours of 06:00-18:00. Early shift is between 06:00-14:30 & the late shift is 09:30-18:00. Shorter hours on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out logistics and stores duties within a manufacturing environment
• Support stock movements using barcode scanners and MRP systems
• Assist with goods handling, storage, and material movements across site
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety within the work area
