Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives based in Crick, Northampton. This full-time role offers fixed shifts from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm with an on-site canteen, free parking and full training provided.

Overtime is available with enhanced rates. You will work within a safe, team-based environment and perform duties to meet productivity and accuracy standards as part of our site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Ability to follow site health & safety policies.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives based in Crick, Northampton.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

The rate of pay is:

• AM £13.56 per hour
• PM £14.27 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:

• AM £16.95 per hour
• PM £17.84 per hour

This is an ongoing role in a clean warehouse environment!

Your Time at Work

Warehouse Operatives will perform within a team, handling customer merchandise following the site procedures, and meeting the agreed productivity and accuracy levels. Other duties include:

• Working as part of an operational team within the warehouse, this will be achieved by using the site's best practices and procedures.
• Following the site's Health and Safety policy to create a safe working environment.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be reliable and hard-working. You will work quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures on-site and communicating effectively with other team members.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
