Job summary

Staffline is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a key distribution centre in Lichfield. The role offers full-time, rotating shifts with pay rates of £13.75 per hour, rising to £16.57 after 8pm, and overtime at £20.63 per hour. The position runs Monday to Friday with shifts 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

You will support inbound, outbound, and stock control activities using WMS, pick and pack products for retail orders, and help achieve KPIs while working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
• Physically capable of manual handling and standing long hours.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and pack products accurately for delivery orders and handle stock with care.
• Work efficiently to meet operational KPIs and targets individually or in a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment following safety procedures.

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's key distribution centre.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Lichfield.

The rate of pay is £13.75 per hour, rising after 8pm to £16.57 per hour.

Overtime rate of pay is £20.63 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Picking and packing products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail
• Working efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene requirements

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be punctual and reliable. You will be able to work to targets and operational KPIs, while working independently or as part of a team.

Applicants will be physically capable of manual handling picking tasks within the warehouse, on foot for long periods of time too. You must follow all site safety systems of work.
