Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Northampton Pineham (NN4 9FJ). You will work 37.5 hours per week across several shifts for Toolstation, in a permanent contract.

Daily duties include picking and packing orders, checking accuracy, preparing goods for dispatch, loading/unloading, stock checks and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Experience with MHE (LLOP, MLOP, reach truck) is ideal; benefits include pension, GP access, life assurance and GXO

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles with ability to handle manual handling duties.
• Experience driving MHE – LLOP, MLOP and reach truck preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately, using handheld scanners and warehouse system.
• Checking products and orders for accuracy.
• Preparing goods for dispatch, labelling, sorting and packing stock.
• Loading and unloading goods when required and moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Completing basic stock checks and documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment and following all site health and safety procedures.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a change? Or maybe looking for an opportunity to get into logistics? Whatever the reason we, could have the role for you.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Northampton Pineham (NN4 9FJ) working 37.5 hours per week for our customer Toolstation.

We have the following shifts available:

• Monday- Friday 06:00-14:00
• Monday- Friday 14:00 -22:00
• Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday on 07:00-15:00
• Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 15:00-23:00
• Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (on two weeks rotation)

What you will do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Ideally- Experience of driving MHE – LLOP, MLOP and reach truck
• Previous warehouse experience and the ability to complete manual handling duties
• Good ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with excellent attention to detail
